Alia is a kind hearted woman and older sister. She takes care of everyone never asking for what she wants or needs. That's why when she first meets Nate, even though she's extremely attracted to him she basically gives him to her sister who is in Alias thought prettier and has a learning handicap so she wants her happy.

Nate comes home from the army on a medical discharge looking to take care of a fallen buddies son and parents. But he is hooked on pain mess and his buddies mom told him he needs to get clean first. So he makes arrangements with an old friend who owns a therapy get away to help him do just that.

He never expected to find himself being treated by one of the woman who he thought betrayed him while over seas.

After Alia apologizes and explains and starts to help Zate deal with his pain, all their old feeling come back. Problem is they can't act on them because she's his therapist and that's a big no no.
